The CET@SMa Career Services is a one-stop career centre which offers employment and training services such as job placement, career counseling and guidance, and training advisory. It serves the needs of both employers and individuals alike.

With strong linkages with the Singaporean manufacturing industry, we are able to work with industry partners, community self-help groups and government agencies to meet the needs of both employers and individuals.

As a part of SMa CCL, CET@SMa Career Services is in a strategic position to recommend skills development training courses to job-seekers as well as provide job referral services. This generates a pool of qualified candidates to solve the human resource demands of the manufacturing industry.

1. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities

• Maintain records in timely and accurate mode
• Coordinate customers' service requirements with other apporpriate departments as necessary to ensure effective customer service
• Receive and process orders, provide information concerning changes, pricing in service, and shipping
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma Holders in Sales & Marketing/ Business/ Supply Chain Management
• 3-5 years of direct customer service experience in manufacturing environment 
• Good knowledge of Microsoft office and IT Skills
• Should have sound practical judgment of priorities
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin
• Only Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents need to apply
